Social Hall SF Box Office is only available on show days, and opens at the door time.

To avoid service charges, purchase tickets (*$2 box office fee applied to each ticket at the following locations):

• The Warfield Theatre (982 Market Street) on Sundays between 11am-4pm.
• The Regency Ballroom on any show night once the doors have opened.
• On the day of the event once doors are open and if tickets are still available.

Social Hall SF is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets which were not purchased directly through an authorized sales channel (i.e.: The Warfield Theatre & The Regency Ballroom websites and physical box offices; AXS.com). For this reason, and because we are unable to provide any information regarding ticket purchases to a party other than the cardholder on the order, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers.

Types of Payment Accepted:
CASH, VISA, MC, and AMEX are accepted for ticket sales and food/drinks.

NO bottles, cans, alcohol, cameras, or recording equipment allowed.

Children Rules:
Ages 6+ are welcome at Social Hall SF with a paid ticket unless specifically noted. 

AXS Mobile ID

AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online or in the AXS mobile app and is the preferred admission method for the venue. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the venue with your AXS Mobile ID and manage your tickets digitally. SEATING / ADA ACCESSIBLE SEATING

All General Admission shows are standing room only unless otherwise noted.

ADA accessible seating is available on the main floor. Please contact AXS.com to purchase ADA accessible tickets.
